This is the primary starter unit for a modular gas-cylinder barricade rack system. The rack is one bay wide and three cylinder positions deep, with capacity for three cylinders arranged front to back. Its primary frame forms the base of wider three-deep configurations; each compatible BR3EXTVT add-on creates one adjacent bay with three additional cylinder positions.
The steel frame has a yellow baked-in powder-coated finish for a smooth, durable surface. Its upright design organizes three cylinder positions. Six 13/32" floor-mounting holes are provided. Product dimensions (WxDxH): 16.5" x 37.5" x 32".

Secure rack to the ground/floor using the appropriate hardware for the material. Each rack has pre-drilled 13/32" holes in each arm for mounting to ground. It is recommended that a site survey be completed by the authority having jurisdiction to determine the suitability of the barricade racks at that location and to confirm all local regulations are being followed.
If extension bays are purchased, position each extension beside the primary rack, align the adjoining frame members and pre-drilled connection points, and securely bolt the extension to the primary rack or previously installed extension using the supplied connection hardware. After all bays are connected, anchor each frame arm to the ground/floor and confirm that the complete assembly is level, stable, and securely fastened before loading cylinders.
