2 Cylinders - Firewall - Hoist Hook - Heavy Duty - Welding Cart

This welding cylinder cart holds up to two gas cylinders and rides on 16" diameter pneumatic speed rated wheels. It is designed to support up to 1,000 lbs. This welding torch cart allows storage of fuel and oxygen cylinders in compliance with OSHA standard 1910.253 (b)(4)(iii) and NFPA 55-7.1.6.2.1 regulations using Marinite I™ one hour rated fire barrier material. The cylinder torch cart holds two cylinders up to 10.5 and 13 inch diameter. Triple handle design helps control the high center of gravity created by the extensive structural framing, which exists to make these units safe when lifted by hoist rigs. It gives the operator both high and low hand position, critical for safe handling of heavy tall loads. Construction is heavy 11 gauge HR Steel with 3/16 inch thick steel supports, 3/8 inch thick hoist plates and round steel tube. Cylinders can be secured with included heavy polypropylene straps and steel cinch buckles. There are two straps per cylinder. Firewall cart is powder-coat painted for durability and fully welded. The product is made in the U.S.A. using American steel and labor. This gas torch cart includes a cylinder locking post system, developed for the US Navy, which clamps cylinders in place at any angle from upright to full 90 degree rotation. The combination of locking post and straps for each cylinder creates the safest lift system available anywhere. Gas welding cart includes a tray to hold torch and/or tools.
