Description:
This two-compartment gas cylinder cabinet holds up to 26 cylinders (9" diameter) in vertical position in two compartments (15 cylinders on one side and 11 cylinders on the other side). The two compartments are separated by a 1-hour rated firewall construction for safe storage of oxygen and fuel cylinders. The firewall construction consists of two fire-rated 5/8" sheetrock panels wrapped in galvanized steel panels and an airspace gap which all together provides a 1-hour fire rating. The tank cabinet construction features steel galvanized screen that is coated with hi-build electrostatic powder coating. The top and back of the cabinet is made from solid galvanized steel panels. The larger compartment has double doors and the smaller compartment has a single door. Both use tamper-resistant stainless steel hinges and have a heavy duty lock receiver (lock is not included). Also comes with "Flammable Gas - No Smoking" signage. There are four 1/2" pre-drilled holes in the 3/16" thick bright aluminum diamond plate floor of each compartment available for anchoring. Meets OSHA and NFPA requirements for cylinder storage. Ships assembled. This product is made in the USA. Optional safety chain set available for purchase separately. Place cabinet on level surface. Cabinet frame bolts (9/16") can be loosened to shift the panels if needed to level the cabinet to the ground surface or square up the door. The cabinet floor has pre-drilled 1/2" holes that can be used to anchor the cabinet if required. It is suggested that the cabinet be anchored to the mounting surface. Check with your authority having jurisdiction to confirm anchoring is required. Use the appropriate hardware for the mounting surface. Mounting hardware not included.
1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Ships fully assembled on a pallet by freight truck. Loading dock or forklift required for delivery. If neither are available please request liftgate delivery at time of order.
