1 Cylinder - Exhaustible - Gray - Gas Cabinet

This specialty safety gas cabinet holds 1 gas cylinder up to 10" diameter. It is engineered to store and isolate gases like hydrogen, chlorine, ammonia and other hazardous laboratory gases. When installed appropriately the unit complies with the International Fire Code, OSHA and NFPA 55 guidelines. The exhaustible-ready gas cabinet is made with welded 11-gauge steel and is painted with a light gray, textured and rugged weather-resistant polyurethane finish. The top of the gas cabinet has a 6" diameter stub exhaust vent connection and four 5/8" connection holes to make easy gas connections in and out of the cabinet. One 165-degree Farenheit, 31 gpm bee's wax coated sprinkler head included. There is a laser-cut vent panel at the base of the door to allow air to enter cabinet for pressure relief and includes a filter. Inside the cabinet there is an adjustable bracket to secure the cylinder. The door is locking, self-closing and self-latching with three hinges. It also has a gasketed, fire rated, wire-reinforced safety glass window that can open to allow access inside the cabinet without opening the door. Behind the window there is a protective Lexan shield to help provide additional protection to the user when the door window is open. The cabinet floor is 1/4" diamond plate, low to the ground for easy loading and unloading the cylinder into the enclosure. Four seismic tie-down clearance holes are located at the enclosure's base for anchoring. The gas cabinet works as a protective enclosure for your cylinder valves, regulators, and purge assemblies indoors or outdoors.
