3 Cylinders - Exhaust Vent - Gas Cabinet

This safety gas cabinet holds up to 3 gas cylinders up to 13" diameter. It is intended to store and isolate gases like hydrogen, chlorine, ammonia and other toxic laboratory gases. Correct usage complies with the International Fire Code, OSHA and NFPA 55 guidelines and will help you get approved in your next safety audit. Ventilated gas cabinet is made with welded 12-gauge steel with a TGIC Polyester powder coat finish. The outside finish is textured and the inside has a smooth finish. The top of the exhausted gas cabinet has a 6" diameter by 3" tall exhaust vent connection. A louvered vent panel allows air to enter cabinet for pressure relief. There is an internal 165 degree Fahrenheit 1/2" NPT sprinkler head coated with bees wax. The back panels (17.5"w x 26"h & 22.5"w x 26"h, 14 gauge) of the cabinet are removable and mounts from the inside and has a 1 inch gap from the back of the cabinet. The tank is secured on the inside of the cabinet with an adjustable height bracket that includes a strap and chain. This gas cabinet with window has two self-closing doors and has a 1/4" thick clear wire windows. Cabinet floor is 11-gauge diamond plate that is approximately one inch off of the ground. There are four 0.438" pre-drilled holes in the corners for anchoring. The gas cabinet is weather resistant and can be used outdoors as a protective enclosure for your valves, regulators, and purge assemblies.
