Increase fire prevention by storing and charging lithium-ion batteries inside this lithium-ion battery charging safety cabinet with manual close doors. The safety cabinet provides protection to reduce the risks of battery fires, thermal runaway and protects against explosions and smoke.

The lithium-ion battery charging cabinet is built using all-welded, 18-gauge (1mm) steel and includes a double wall with 1.5" (38mm) of insulating air space to absorb the energy of high temperature battery failures for improved fire safety. The manual close doors are attached with 18 gauge steel continuous piano hinges with air-sealing gaskets. Each door has passive vents with a wire-mesh flame arrestor. Integrated HEPA filter in all of the vents helps to absorb toxins and trap smoke. There is a locking, flush-mounted door handle and includes two keys. The safety charging cabinet also comes with four perforated adjustable shelves with a uniform weight capacity of 500 lbs.

Four 9-receptacle surge protected power strips are located inside the li-ion cabinet for plugging in your battery charging devices for example power tools, drones, ebikes, etc. There is one UL Certified fan to pull fresh air into the cabinet to help regulate the interior temperature. If the temperature exceeds 165 degrees inside the cabinet a fusible link will cause the gravity vent damper to close and block the fan opening to reduce the release of smoke and gases. A dedicated 120VAC/60Hz GFCI power source is required along with a 14 gauge cord (not included). The cabinet also has adjustable leveling feet and hex head grounding screw. Each cabinet comes with a manufacturer's 15-year warranty against structural defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Tools/batteries not included.
