Description:
This gas cylinder cage with open sides (structure only, no walls) holds approximately 2 gas cylinders of 14" diameter or any equivalent combination of cylinders depending on cylinder diameter. It includes a Marinite 30-minute rated firewall in between the two sides for oxygen and fuel (e.g. acetylene) separation to meet OSHA regulations. The bottle cabinet is made with fully welded 1.5" steel tube frame and there is a 6" steel continuous toe plate. One hoist hook to allow the cabinet to be picked up by a crane or hoist. There is one outward-swinging, lockable gate on the 36" side and a fixed ramp for easier loading into the cage. E-track strapping system with ratchet straps included to secure the cylinders. Floor is made from non-slip diamond plate. Base has forklift tubes (6"Wx3"H, 1/8" thick). The certified working load capacity is 2,000 lbs. Each cage is load tested before shipping and includes inspection and load test certificates. This storage cabinet also includes product liability insurance provided by the manufacturer. AWS D1.1 certified welding procedures, all welds are spatter-free and smooth. Outside of the cage includes safety warning decals and a permanent non-corrosive ID plate. Overall Product Dimensions (WxDxH): 36" x20" x 72". Each compartment floor space is approximately 15.5"Wx17"D.
