Description:
This gas cylinder pallet is constructed of steel with a powder paint finish. The integrated firewall on the pallet separates the cylinders and is in compliance with OSHA standard 1910.253 (b)(4)(iii) and NFPA 55-7.1.6.2.1 regulations with 1-hour fire barrier material. The firewall consists of two pieces of 14 gauge sheet steel with a baffle in between all welded together. The pallet base has two-way, fully-enclosed forklift channels and is made from 7 gauge steel. The side rails are made from 1.5 inch square steel tubing. There is also a lifting eye for movement by hoist or crane. It's portability makes it great for construction sites. The two-cylinder pallet is sized for cylinders with 6 to 20 inch diameters. Platform is 21.75"x21.75" and has a low profile base for ease of loading cylinders. Cylinders are secured to the unit with two included ratchet straps (2,000 lb working limit each). It is made in the USA. Cylinders not included. Product Dimensions (WxDxH): 33" x 34.5" x 78.5".
