Description:
This gas cylinder cradle bank is for the storage and transportation of up to 12 gas cylinders. The top includes lifting eyes (3/8" gauge plate) on each corner for 4-point lifting and a single hoist hook (3/4" round bar) at the center that can be used with a crane for 1-point lifting. Additionally, there are forklift pockets (5.5"Wx2.5"H, 7 gauge) on top and forklift access on the bottom of the unit. Tanks are secured in the unit with steel security bars that attach with 5/8" bolts. Each tank is separated with two levels of steel supports. There is a 3/16" (7 gauge) steel base plate. Below the base is an open bottom for movement by pallet jack or forklift. Bottom access slots are 12.5"Wx4"H, 28" total width with 3" divider in middle. This rack can handle cylinders up to the 9.5 inch standard diameter. The unit is powder coated black using a 5 stage process. Weight capacity 2,950 lbs. Includes manufacturer's vinyl ID tag that provides the load capacity and unit weight. Outdoor or indoor use. This product is made in the USA. Cylinders not included, manifold not included but available for separate purchase as installed option. Product dimensions (WxDxH): 33" x 43" x 77".
