1 Cryogenic Tank (20" Dewar) - Powered Gas Cylinder Dolly

Transport large cryogenic tanks or liquid gas dewars (20" diameter, 160-200 Liter) with this three-wheel cart. The steel dolly has a low profile lifting area for easier loading and unloading. The cylinder only needs about a 5 percent tilt to load it. The cart keeps the cylinder vertical during transport and takes up less space than typical lay-back carts. Quick release retractable nylon ratchet strap secures the cylinder to the cart. The cart has two front 10" polyurethane-tread wheels. It has approximately 270 degrees of maneuverability to get into tight spaces. There is an automatic safety switch built into the handle that instantly reverses direction if the control comes in contact with the operator or an obstacle. The variable speed control is adjustable from 0 to 1.7 mph. The unit will automatically stop if the handle is released and there is also an automatic brake that will hold the cart on inclined surfaces up to 5 degrees. Switches on the handle control forward and reverse movement. The cart is powered by a 12 volt 35 amp hour battery and is rechargeable, with the cord stored on the cart frame. The smart charger can be plugged in all the time without harming the battery. There is a push button level indicator on the top of the battery shows the amount of charge available. A full battery charge provides approximately 5 miles of usage between charges. The dolly is built from heavy duty structural steel and schedule 40 pipe frame. It also has a durable powder coated finish. Intended for use on level surfaces only. Do not use on ramps or an incline greater than 5 degrees. Made in the USA.
