Designed for safe on-site storage of flammable liquids, this cabinet helps facilities comply with OSHA 1910 and NFPA 30 requirements. Models with manual and self-closing double doors are also FM Approved, providing third-party assurance of performance under fire exposure.
Heavy-duty 18-gauge steel with double-wall construction and a 1.5" insulating air space adds fire resistance and long service life. A 2" deep, leak-proof sill contains incidental spills to help protect workers and floors.
Door options include manual-close, self-closing, or sliding bi-fold styles. Manual-close doors feature a 3-point, non-sparking latch with full-length heavy-duty piano hinges and a flush-mounted locking handle. Self-closing doors incorporate a fusible link that automatically engages closure at 165°F for added fire protection. Sliding, bi-fold doors minimize aisle intrusion and include a 3-point, self-latching mechanism with fusible link closure.
For outdoor use, select models include a weatherproof package with a UV-resistant urethane finish, a sloped roof with a 2.75" overhang, and interior/exterior astragals to deflect rain. Built-in forklift channels and 7-gauge bolt-down brackets simplify placement and enhance security.
Each cabinet includes a static grounding connection, four adjustable leveling legs for uneven floors or fork pockets (for outdoor models), and an adjustable shelf to organize containers.
