Note: These racks are oversize and require special production runs and special shipping accommodations. To save on cost, USA Safety recommends purchasing two smaller racks and positioning them side-by-side. However this is a great option if having one structural unit is essential for your application.

Description:
This gas cylinder rack is recommended for indoor or outdoor bulk cylinder storage of cylinders up to 12 inches in diameter. Barricade racks surround cylinders with a two inch square steel tube that is 0.125 inch thick, which is continuously seam welded and sealed with exterior grade black powder-coat paint. The cylinder holder includes two levels of welded steel chains (19" long each) and snaps for each cylinder. This gas cylinder storage rack meets or exceeds OSHA, NFP1, NFPA 55, CGA, and USGS high seismic hazard zone requirements when used properly. It is made in the USA. Product Dimensions (WxDxH): 72" x 50" x 30".

Secure rack to the ground/floor using the appropriate hardware for the material. Typical size bolt is 1/2" by 5 1/2" size. Each rack has pre-drilled 0.531" holes in each arm for mounting to ground. It is recommended that a site survey be completed by the authority having jurisdiction to determine the suitability of the barricade racks at that location and to confirm all local regulations are being followed.
