Description:
This oxygen gas cylinder storage cabinet is designed to hold up to 4 size D or E cylinders (4.25" diameter, up to 33.75" long). This type of cabinet is used in hospitals and nursing homes to allow the safe, compliant storage of full medical gases. It has a double-walled, heavy-gauge construction with gypsum particle board lining to provide an estimated 60 minutes of fire protection to the cylinders from heat, sparks and flame. The inside of the storage compartment has a durable HDPE plastic holder with individual slots to keep each cylinder separate and upright. There are two 2" vents with covers. One is located on the side near the bottom and the other is on the opposite side near the top to provide cross ventilation. The self-close door has a lockable, flush-mounted paddle handle and uses a full length piano hinge. Two keys are included. Four adjustable zinc plated leveling legs allow the cabinet to be leveled on uneven surfaces. The cabinet is coated in OSHA Safety Green urethane paint for full cylinder storage indoors. Other cabinet paint colors available: white for partial cylinder storage and red for empty cylinder storage. Outdoor Weatherproof package upgrade option also available.
