It rides on 14" diameter semi-pneumatic wheels for flat-free operation. Cart frame construction is made from steel. Its continuous, flowback handle offers the ability to move the cart with one or two hands. It is powder coated for durability. Made in the U.S.A. Welding Cart Dimensions (WxDxH): 31" x 13.5" x 46". Ships by freight truck. Cylinders not included.
