Cylinders are secured with the included heavy polypropylene straps. There is one strap per cylinder. The fully welded unit is exterior grade powder coated for durability. The cylinder cart is made in the U.S.A. using American steel and labor. Cylinder Cart Dimensions (WxDxH): 33.5" x 26.5" x 49".
