This gas cylinder rack is designed for secure storage of one compressed gas cylinder in both indoor and outdoor environments. Its enclosed frame helps protect cylinders from tipping, impact, and movement, making it well suited for industrial and commercial facilities where safety and compliance are critical. The rack is constructed from heavy-duty 2" square steel tubing with a 0.125" wall thickness, continuously seam welded for added structural strength. Smoothed tops are protected with high-density polyethylene (HDPE) caps to minimize corrosion and reduce injury risk. An exterior-grade black powder-coat finish provides long-lasting corrosion resistance, helping the rack withstand harsh conditions in demanding work environments. Two welded steel chain restraints secure the cylinder at two points, accommodating standard cylinders up to 12" in diameter while reducing the risk of shifting or falling during storage or use. Lower tube structure includes pre-drilled floor mounting holes measuring 0.531 in (14 mm) in diameter. Secure rack to the ground/floor using the appropriate hardware for the material. Typical size bolt is 1/2" by 5 1/2" size. Each rack has pre-drilled 0.531" holes in each arm for mounting to ground. It is recommended that a site survey be completed by the authority having jurisdiction to determine the suitability of the barricade racks at that location and to confirm all local regulations are being followed.
