Products manufactured by First Safety Corporation are covered by the following warranty:
Products bearing First Safety Corporation identifications are sold with the express understanding that the customer will test them in use to determine the applicability of these products for their intended use. First Safety warrants to the purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. The obligation of First Safety Corporation is limited to replacement of the products shown to First Safety's satisfaction to have been defective within one year of the date of shipping. First Safety Corporation is not responsible for products misused, subject to chemical attack, or neglect of prescribed maintenance. Always read and follow directions for assembly and use. Since statutory requirements differ for each area, always check and follow local regulations for compliance of all safety products.
