Shipping Policy

USA Safety Solutions offers two basic methods of delivery: United Parcel Service (UPS) and Less Than Truckload (LTL) freight. The method of delivery is largely dependent upon the size and weight of the product shipment. USA Safety generally ships UPS ground. If you are interested in alternative UPS shipping options, please call us for a price quote.

If you or your company would like USA Safety Solutions to ship your order using a different shipping carrier, you can simply provide us your shipping account information either in the "Add Comment" field during the checkout process or by calling us at 877-805-8650 after completing your order. Once we receive your shipping account information, we will issue you a new invoice reflecting the changed shipping fees.

It may be possible to expedite the shipping of your order if the products you order are in-stock. Please call or email us for further information.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact USA Safety customer service by phone at 877-805-8650 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm CDT or by email.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be new, unused and in the same condition you received them.

Product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will provide further instructions when the RMA is issued with instructions for shipping the product back. Shipments returned without a RMA will be refused and returned at the shipper’s expense.

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be received at the location specified by USA Safety within 30 days of the date they were shipped to the customer. There are no refunds for returned items that are received by USA Safety after 30 days from that shipment date.

Refunds will be for the original purchase price, minus the original outbound shipping costs and minus a 25% restocking fee.

You will be responsible for paying for any shipping costs associated with the return of your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If USA Safety pays for any part of the shipping costs for your return, that amount will be deducted from your refund.

Once received, your items will be inspected, and you will be notified that the return has been processed. The refund will be credited back to the payment method used or a check will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

Your order begins processing immediately after it's placed.  While the order is being processed, it may be possible to cancel it.  However, once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.

In the unlikely event you wish to cancel your order, you can contact USAsafety.com by email or by phone at 877-805-8650 to attempt to cancel your order.  USAsafety.com does not guarantee that any order can be canceled after it has been placed.

If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, you can return any unwanted items in accordance with the Return Policy.
